You'll see a notification in your dashboard when you're approaching your 40/month limit. If you need more, you can add a 10-pack for $18 — no upgrade required. Or upgrade to Studio for unlimited floor plans. Your existing tours and floor plans are never affected — the limit only applies to generating new ones.

Any 360° camera works — including cameras you already own. Popular choices are the Insta360 X4 ($499), Ricoh Theta Z1 ($999), and Ricoh Theta SC2 ($299). Unlike Matterport, which requires a $5,400 Pro3 camera for best results, and iGUIDE, which requires their proprietary $2,499 PLANIX camera, Aubni works with your existing gear from day one.

Aubni's floor plans are marketing-grade — room dimensions, layout, and square footage are estimated from your 360° photos using Claude Vision AI. They're accurate enough for property listings, buyer previews, and agent marketing materials. They are not LiDAR-measured and should not be used for construction, renovation permits, or insurance appraisals. For those use cases, iGUIDE's PLANIX system is the right tool.

Classic Architectural is a light paper background with dark walls, warm room fills, and traditional architectural notation — door swings, window breaks, dimension labels. It's the familiar, credible look buyers expect. Dark Luxury is the same architectural accuracy on a dark canvas with gold-accented room labels, gold door swings, and warm light glows — designed for premium listings where visual differentiation matters. Both styles are available on Pro and Studio. Free and Starter users get Classic only.

Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans cancel at the end of the annual term. Your tours remain live until your subscription ends. Unlike Matterport, there's no risk of tours going offline if you exceed a space limit — on paid plans your tours always stay live while your subscription is active.

Studio gives you 10 seats under one account. Each team member gets their own login. Tours are shared across the organization — any team member can upload, manage, and share tours. The studio owner has admin access to see all team activity. Client sub-accounts let you give agents a stripped-down branded portal showing only their own tours. All tours, floor plans, and branding settings apply globally to every team member.

Yes. Every Aubni tour generates a standard iFrame embed code and a direct share link. These work on all major MLS platforms and any website that accepts HTML embeds including Zillow. Note: Matterport was removed from Zillow in October 2024 following CoStar's acquisition. Aubni uses standard iFrame embeds that are not affected by platform partnerships.
